Scam- product never arrivedI'm inclined to believe this is a scam. Placed an order 5th December 2025, paid for expedited shipping, was contacted and told address wasn't complete, provided address again, they confirmed updated address. Within 20 minutes, if that same email, before the order was dispatched, I requested that my order be canceled. They ignored my request for two days and proceeded to dispatch the order. Sent several emails and all the rep 'Jennifer' kept repeating is that it's already dispatched and when it arrives I can send back for a refund. It is now over 30days and the item has not arrived, the tracking is useless, says it's held by customs and when contacted Vylaras the rep 'Jennifer' says she's just updated the address, ignored my request for a refund. This is a scam company.

Scam!!!!!!Do not give these people your money!!! They will state you did not put the correct address and you will not receive the product. Regardless if you pay for expedited shipping, the product will not come!!! And don't ask for a refund, they will ghost you!!! Lesson learned to stay off of social media ads!
